What is the Voltra Power Engine?

All Voltra Lighting portable lamps are powered by the Voltra Power Engine. The Voltra Power Engine is a removable module that houses both the battery and control system for each lamp. It delivers up to 35 hours of runtime and features integrated on-device controls, allowing users to switch between static and candle mode, adjust colour temperature (2000K, 2400K, 2800K, 3200K, 3600K, 4000K) and select brightness levels (high, medium, low). Each Voltra Power Engine also incorporates Bluetooth connectivity, enabling integration with the Voltra Lighting App for advanced system-wide control.

What is the Voltra Lighting App?

The Voltra Lighting App forms part of the Voltra Lighting system and provides expanded control across multiple lamps simultaneously. When Voltra Power Engines or lamps are paired with the app, users gain access to up to 20 colour temperature settings, 10 brightness levels and the ability to switch between static and candle mode. Adjustments can be made instantly using Quick Set or programmed in advance through Schedules. The scheduling function allows users to create time-based lighting phases that combine specific colour temperatures, brightness levels and modes to align with different moments of service. Once programmed, lamps follow the schedule automatically, ensuring consistent lighting throughout service without the need for manual adjustment.

Voltra Lighting’s removable Voltra Power Engine system is patented and proprietary, developed exclusively for professional hospitality use. Each Voltra Power Engine provides up to 35 hours of power and integrated lighting controls, with Bluetooth connectivity available in Engine 4 models for advanced control via the Voltra Lighting App. Up to 10 Voltra Power Engines or complete lamps can be recharged simultaneously using the Horizon Charging Station, forming part of a fully integrated lighting ecosystem

What are the operational benefits of the removable Voltra Power Engine system?

Voltra Lighting is built around a patented removable Voltra Power Engine module. Rather than moving entire lamps for charging, staff simply remove the Voltra Power Engine with a single twist and recharge it at a dedicated charging station. Lamps can remain in place, reducing handling time, minimising service disruption and improving workflow efficiency. In addition, valuable storage space is saved by charging Voltra Power Engines separately from the lamps. As both Voltra Power Engines and Horizon Charging Stations are magnetic, they can be wall mounted, eliminating the need for horizontal surface space.

Do Voltra Lighting lamps use wireless charging?

Yes, in the sense that there are no exposed cables. Voltra Lighting lamps use a patented, proprietary charging system and can only be recharged using the Horizon Charging Station. This system differs from consumer wireless charging technologies. By developing a dedicated solution, Voltra Lighting has optimised performance and enabled up to 10 Voltra Power Engines or lamps to be charged simultaneously.

How does the Horizon Charging Station improve workflow?

The Horizon Charging Station allows multiple Voltra Power Engines to be docked and charged simultaneously. Staff can recharge up to 10 units at once, improving efficiency and reducing time spent managing individual charging points.

Why is this system more efficient than charging lamps individually?

Charging lamps individually requires moving each lamp, locating power outlets and reconnecting cables. Voltra Lighting’s system allows staff to remove Voltra Power Engines in one motion and recharge them centrally, improving speed, organisation and operational safety.

Where do you ship to?

We do ship to more than 200 countries DAP and DDP.
Shipping fees are added on top of the products, depending on the weight and final destination.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

What is the approximate delivery time?

Lead time from the time of order until you get the lights home is usually 10 to 12 working days.

How do I clean my lamps?

Our lamps are fragile! To be handled with love and care. We recommend the use of a microfiber cloth.
Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasives as these may permanently damage the finish.

Are your lights suitable for outdoor use?

All of our lights are rated IP65, which means they are protected from dust and humid environments, making them very suitable for outdoor use.

How long does the lamp run on one charge?

A single full charge takes 3 hours and provides the following operating times...

High Brightness: 10 hours
Medium Brightness: 17 hours
Low Brightness: 35 hours

Are the lamps dimmable?

Voltra lamps are all dimmable, with three different light levels (Low, Medium, and High).
Our lamps also have two light modes, static and candle (which uses our unique light flicker algorithm).
